We are working with Girling Jones Ltd to recruit a skilled Multi Skilled Plumber to join their team in Exeter.
Your role will involve carrying out routine maintenance repairs within occupied properties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Identifying and fixing leaks
- Replacing showers and other plumbing fixtures
- Conducting weekly and monthly PPM checks
- Clearing blockages in sinks and toilets
- Assisting with carpentry tasks
Requirements:
- Qualification in plumbing
- Ability to work with multiple skills
- CSCS card (desirable)
- Experience working in a similar role
- Clean driving licence
- Own tools
