At Goldman Sachs, we are seeking an exceptional Digital Product Director to spearhead the development of our Client Onboarding Experience. This strategic role is responsible for driving the end-to-end onboarding process, leveraging digital products to deliver seamless client experiences and streamlined operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the strategy and implementation of our digital onboarding platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and meets evolving client needs
  • Working closely with UX and technology teams to ensure seamless user experiences and robust technical capabilities
  • Defining requirements and specifications for design and engineering partners, ensuring timely delivery and effective go-to-market strategies
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, designers, engineers, and clients
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or consulting
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products, preferably in B2B segments
  • Experience working with UI, CRM, and workflow tools, with a focus on agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (MBA or Master's degree a plus)
