Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to work in SEN provisions across Scunthorpe. As a Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with a range of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day classroom activities and ensure pupils can engage with their learning.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to implement individualised learning plans.
  • Offer 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping students overcome challenges.
  • Support with personal care and other needs where required.
