Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's Nursery setting and contributing to the educational journey of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in a general capacity, focusing on raising standards in Phonics and providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
  • Work with a small number of pupils who attend breakfast club, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with the school's staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all pupils.
  • Contribute to the development of Phonics skills, utilizing your experience and expertise to drive student progress.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field.
  • Essential experience in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and its implementation.
  • Desirable experience in supporting Phonics, with a proven track record of driving student progress.
