The Role:

As an Early Years Educator, you will be instrumental in the growth and development of our youngest students. Your responsibilities will include crafting an engaging and stimulating classroom environment, designing and delivering high-quality educational experiences, and ensuring that each child feels appreciated and supported throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching Early Years, whether during your induction period or as a seasoned educator.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
