As a key member of the FAI Farms team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of agricultural innovation through education and technology. We are seeking an exceptional E-learning Developer to join our ranks.

About the Role

This is not just a job – it's an opportunity to make a real difference. As an E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, accessible, and responsive courses that cater to the needs of food production professionals. Your expertise in instructional design, learning development, and project management will be instrumental in driving the success of our e-learning initiatives.

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in designing and developing courses using authoring tools such as Articulate, H5P, or Xerte. A background in UX, copywriting, and WordPress website management is also essential. If you have a passion for storytelling, graphic design, and video creation, this could be your dream role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop courses focusing on sustainable food production and animal welfare.
  • Create effective onboarding processes for new users, guiding them through initial setup, learning, and familiarization stages.
  • Develop infographics and videos as needed, create detailed design briefs, and scripts for videos.
  • Be proactive in suggesting new learning materials, designs, and styles aiming to train farmers, managers, and higher education students.
  • Provide guidance to content and editorial team members.
  • Support training delivery process management in collaboration with the E-learning Program Manager.
Requirements
  • Background in content or copywriting.
  • Portfolio or sample of created e-learning courses.
  • The ability to set up a file management system for photos and videos.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Express.
  • Publishing and managing videos on Vimeo and YouTube.
  • Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • H5P.
  • Moodle.
  • Office 365.
  • E-learning accessibility and usability standards.
  • Localisation.
  • Evaluation.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health plan, flexible hours, and remote work opportunities within Brazil or the UK.
