Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Content Management Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. This is a full-time, remote-based position with occasional site visits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a database of pre-written content to improve proposal and presentation quality and team productivity.

This role involves defining and optimising the content repository structure, ensuring data integrity and accessibility, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts across the business to gather, assimilate, and rewrite information.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge management experience, an understanding of proposal development, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

You should also possess technical proficiency in knowledge base architecture, database management, and automation tools, as well as strong content creation, editing, and information design skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, plus car or car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme.
