Overview of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior Support Professional to join our team at Middleton Lodge. This role will involve working with adults who have learning difficulties, challenging behaviours, and autism, providing them with a safe and caring environment that meets their individual needs.

Salary Information

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.69 per hour, paid for 30 hours of work per week. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a safe and supportive environment for service users.
  • Support individuals in personal choice activities both within the service and out in the community.
  • Assist with personal activity planners and provide one-to-one support when required.
  • Contribute to the preparation of meals, cleaning, and domestic support, as well as assisting with medication management.
  • Update internal systems, review care plans, conduct risk assessments, and produce monthly reports.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility is essential to cover earlies, lates, waking nights, and holidays as required.
  • Weekend working will be necessary to ensure the continued provision of high-quality care.
