About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our Senior Management Team at Dulwich College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our People Strategy, driving organisational change and improvement, and ensuring that our workforce is skilled, diverse, and inclusive.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive People Strategy that aligns with the College's mission and values
- Lead and manage the HR function, including talent development, organisational development, and employee engagement
- Provide strategic HR support to the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders
- Identify and implement innovative people projects that improve organisational performance and support strategic priorities
- Champion inclusivity and diversity, and promote a positive and respectful work culture

Requirements
- Proven track record in HR leadership and membership of a chartered professional body (such as CIPD) at level 7 or above
- Strong background in providing strategic HR support at a senior level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and lead staff through change
Desirable
- Understanding of the independent school sector
