Heritage and Culture Warwickshire (HCW) is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is committed to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Warwickshire. We manage a range of sites and services across the county, including museums, archives, and parks.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Relief Group Leader. In this role, you will work closely with our Learning and Community Engagement team to deliver our school workshop programme. The programme is designed to educate children about local history and culture, and we provide all necessary resources and support to ensure that our Group Leaders can deliver high-quality workshops.

As a Relief Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading workshops for schools, developing and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders, and contributing to the development of new programme ideas and initiatives. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead workshops for schools as part of our school workshop programme

Requirements:
