Lead the Delivery of Inspiring Activities

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Community Team as a Senior Workshop Assistant. As part of this role, you will work across multiple venues in East Suffolk, including Participate, Skylarks, Group A, and Mini Music Makers.

In this position, you will oversee the delivery of activities that transform lives through music, arts, and heritage. Your primary focus will be on guiding and supporting Workshop Assistants to ensure successful activity delivery.

Experience working with young people and/or vulnerable adults is essential for this role. Additionally, familiarity with Britten Pears Arts projects would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver inspiring activities across various venues
  • Oversee planning and activity delivery for multiple events
  • Provide guidance and support to Workshop Assistants

Estimated Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
