Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a reputable construction company based in the Wolverhampton area. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK construction industry
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
