About the Role

Migrant Help is a leading charity that provides essential support services to refugees and asylum seekers. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Refugee Resettlement Adviser to join our team in Watford.

As a Refugee Resettlement Adviser, you will play a critical role in supporting refugees to settle and integrate into their new communities. You will work closely with our team to provide guidance, advice, and support to help refugees overcome the challenges they face.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the refugee resettlement process and a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with refugees, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,639, increasing to £32,612 following successful completion of a 6-month probation period. This is a hybrid role, offering a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to refugees to help them settle and integrate into their new communities.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement effective resettlement plans.
  • Build strong relationships with refugees, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
