Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Adults Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Newham Hospital. The successful candidate will work across various ward settings and departments, providing high-quality interventions to patients with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with complex disabilities, advocating for their needs and rights.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting independence and well-being.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • HCPC registration and evidence of CPD.
  • Fulfills KSF outline for Occupational Therapist (Band 5).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues in a culturally diverse environment.
