Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular observations of children's progress, using your findings to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to their development needs.

Requirements:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
