About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and well-being.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Help clients with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being

What We Offer


As a Care Assistant at Care Line, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, plus 30p mileage, and the opportunity to work flexible shifts from 7am to 11pm. You will also benefit from enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and caring individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be resilient and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. While previous experience in social care is not necessary, we encourage candidates with a passion for caring and supporting others to apply.
