Senior Sales Professional
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a senior sales manager. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and 2-3 years in a leadership role. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing teams, and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Lead and manage sales teams to deliver exceptional results
* Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
* Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of sales experience with 2-3 years in a leadership role
* Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams
* Strong negotiation and sales skills
* Comfortable with CRM tools and sales data
* Industry-specific certifications or training a plus
