Job Summary
We are currently recruiting an ambitious Executive Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for our clients on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development
- Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve our food services and suggest innovative menu ideas.
- Food Preparation
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations.
- Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and maintain hygiene standards.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
- Customer Service
- Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
- Represent Dine Contract Catering and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements
- Culinary Experience
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Have experience supervising a team and working in a similar Chef role.
- Personal Qualities
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
- Have a flexible approach to working.
