Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

• Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Food Preparation and Service: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and that all staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities in this area.

• Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Culinary Qualifications: A recognized culinary qualification, such as a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
