About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a wide range of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Operate a variety of services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, and dry cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
