About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, upselling and promoting products where possible.
  • Price and merchandise stock and products correctly, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to unload and unpack deliveries, ensuring that stock is accurately received and stored.
  • Assist with stock takes, which may involve working outside of normal store hours.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a positive attitude, and is able to work well under pressure. Retail experience is not essential, but you will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible with your availability.
