We are seeking an experienced Estates Coordinator to join our team at NHS Property Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within our premises.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Estates Manager in the coordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
- Ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises.
- Coordinate the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and visitors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and statutory requirements.
