We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Mobile Recovery Technicians. As a key member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive swift and effective support during emergency situations.

About the Role:

In this demanding position, you'll work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to respond to various emergencies and resolve issues efficiently. You'll be the trusted expert of The AA, working in all weathers and environments to get customers back on the road safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert technical skills to load vehicles onto your truck and transport them to a garage for repair or elsewhere
  • Communicating effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they feel supported and safe
  • Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to new technology and procedures

Requirements:

  • A full driving category C license (HGV 2) and ideally CE (HGV 1) license; Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card also required
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology, with training provided
  • Happy working shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
