Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at NHS in Stockport.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and providing exceptional customer care to patients.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support for the smooth running of clinical community services, mainly Palliative Care Respite and District Nursing Services.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing information and directions to visitors, meeting and greeting
  2. Answering enquiries via phone, email or face-to-face in relation to patient care
  3. Performing a full range of administrative tasks using IT skills in Microsoft packages, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Requirements:

  • English and Maths, GCSE, CSE, O-Level, level 2 or A-C or above, or equivalent qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of office/administration procedures
