Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Stockport. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities Management (FM) team to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the company risk system and ensuring compliance with supplier contracts.
  • Updating tenant notes in the CAFM system and providing regular reports to the line manager.
  • Assisting with property inspections and recording actions taken.
  • Providing data analysis and supporting the FM team with business case proposals.
  • Running service charge/budget variance reports and maintaining billing data.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills and experience in a similar administrative position. You should also have a good understanding of facilities management principles and be able to maintain accurate records.
