About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Publisher to join our Corporate Affairs Group. As part of this award-winning global team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing collateral that meets business requirements and adheres to Macquarie Group brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with creative colleagues across regional offices to produce impactful presentations and design materials.
  • Interpret briefs from creative leads and internal clients to develop effective marketing materials.
  • Create a wide range of high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, animations, pitch books, and advertisements, using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office programmes, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Good design, typesetting, and layout skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creative vision.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
