About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Pathway Coordinator Support to join our dynamic team at King's Mill Hospital's Trauma & Orthopaedics Department.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Patient Pathway Coordinators, ensuring the smooth operation of our department's administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Patient Pathway Coordinators, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and departmental statistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
