About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Urology service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of patient pathways, providing exceptional administrative support to our clinicians and patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage patient pathways, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and service delivery

Requirements

  • Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or above
  • Computer literate with experience of using a keyboard with high accuracy
  • Knowledge of NHS or service provider systems and processes
  • Experience of using databases, spreadsheets, and patient data systems
  • Confidentiality and data protection awareness
