We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of our marketing and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally within luxury, fashion, design, or lifestyle sectors.

As the Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of social media, website management, newsletters, trend reports, PR events/talks, and photoshoots. This includes developing and executing compelling, visually-striking social media campaigns that align with our brand's luxury identity.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, ensuring their brand presence is elevated across multiple channels while seamlessly managing a wide array of tasks and campaigns. They will also be responsible for implementing processes that guarantee efficiency and high-quality delivery.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver exceptional results. You will also be expected to monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, using data to adjust strategies and optimise future marketing initiatives.

The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
