ERP Administrator - Sales Role
Huws Gray Group is expanding its operations and seeks an experienced ERP Administrator - Sales Role to join our team in Detling, Maidstone. As a key member of our timber import and distribution operation, this role involves ensuring the smooth allocation and processing of incoming enquiries and orders onto our Biztrak ERP system. You will work closely with internal and external teams to provide excellent customer service and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Allocating and processing incoming enquiries and orders onto our Biztrak ERP system.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external teams and providing support.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a sales administration environment or similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to listen well, multi-task, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Good time management and workload organisation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve results.
