Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including creating purchase orders and reconciling supplier statements.

Your excellent communication skills and keenness to learn will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Using the Sage Intacct system to create purchase orders.

Weekly payment runs for due invoices and receipts.

Reconciling supplier statements.

Dealing with supplier queries and escalating where necessary.

Reconciling credit card expenses.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' experience within AP.

Must have both English and Maths GCSE.

Excellent communication skills.

A keenness to learn and grow.

Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate Excel skills.
