We are looking for a Residential Development Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Clerk of Works on new-build residential developments and strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and JCT contracts.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the required quality and safety standards. This includes reviewing Employers' Requirements, Contractors' Proposals, Contract Programmes, drawings, and specifications.

Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations, Planning Approvals, and NHBC/Premier requirements. The successful candidate will also produce weekly reports on progress and quality, noting any issues and remedial actions.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Clerk of Works on new-build residential developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and JCT contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with project teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Holding a full UK driving licence and having access to a vehicle.
