About the Role:

Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Attorney to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, providing expert guidance and support throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct rigorous due diligence, including thorough property searches and contract reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Prepare and draft critical legal documents and correspondence.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A Practicing Certificate in England and Wales as a qualified solicitor.
  • Post-qualification experience (PQE) of 1-3 years in residential conveyancing.
  • Thorough knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with conveyancing software and other legal technologies.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, office-based position with regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment that supports continuous learning and professional growth.
