We are seeking a talented Conveyancing and Property Attorney to join our thriving Lender Finance Team at Lightfoots LLP Solicitors. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for advising lender clients on all aspects of buying and selling property transactions.

Your primary duties will include handling files from initial instruction to completion, ensuring that all enquiries have been dealt with, title issues have been resolved, searches carried out, and mortgage conditions satisfied.

You will also be responsible for title checking, acting as a sounding board for junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants, preparing contracts and supporting documents, and liaising with clients, agents, and internal departments.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, based in Thame, Oxfordshire. We operate an optional hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handling files from initial instruction to completion.
  • Title checking.

  • Preparing contracts and supporting documents.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and internal departments.
