We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve our company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all customer queries and provide expert advice and guidance.
- Liaise with third-party providers to ensure seamless billing and payment processes.
- Develop and implement payment plans and review direct debits to ensure timely payments.
- Set up new accounts and ensure accurate pricing data is uploaded to our system.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to our business.
- Provide detailed reconciliation breakdowns and assist with reporting on sales and target performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with process mapping and business support.
