Human Resources Business Partner

**About the Role**

DCS Group, the UK's leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter of Health, Beauty, and Household products, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of our functional leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of HR in our dynamic and innovative organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and deliver functional people performance plans that align with commercial priorities
* Coach and support people managers to drive engagement and performance
* Analyze themes from Performance Development Plans (PDPs) to inform group training priorities in partnership with the HR/Organisational Development team
* Partner with Recruitment and Talent Management to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent
* Lead on specific centre of excellence projects and initiatives
* Involvement in organisation-wide projects
* Record and drive insight from key people metrics

**Requirements**

* Recognised HR qualifications (Level 5, Level 7, CIPD, or Masters)
* Evidence of building senior stakeholder relationships
* Strong commercial acumen
* Full competence across key Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Power BI advantageous
