Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager or Registered Manager to take on a new challenge as a Care Career Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, guiding and developing your team to provide exceptional care and support.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your career while making a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for managing a team, focusing on recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning. However, your primary focus will always be on providing outstanding care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of carers and managers to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the service
  • Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Salary:

£Competitive plus benefits package (estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum)
