Executive Assistant to Chairman and CFO

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in central London Office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chairman and CFO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth operations at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Manage global diary, arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings over multiple time zones.
  • Pro-actively manage email, occasionally responding on behalf of Chairman and CFO.
  • Make travel arrangements and organize logistics for off-site Executive Meetings and other external meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare PowerPoint Presentations and reports, including collation of documentation and meeting agendas.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and carry out other duties as required.
  • General administrative tasks.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent grammar and writing abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Adobe skills are a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
