Recruitment Officer

Hoop Recruitment is proud to be working with an incredible not for profit organisation based in Swansea, who are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Officer to join their team. This position allows you to work with several areas within the organisation and streamline the recruitment and selection process.
Key Responsibilities:- General recruitment administrative tasks, informing candidates of updates and outcomes.
- Manage the onboarding process by supporting Right to Work checks, disclosure, and DBS checks.
- Work closely with job board providers, team leaders, and external recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain application tracking system and provide recruitment analytics.
- Provide advice and support to managers, employees, and other stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
- Understand principles of data protection and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- CIPD qualification (Desirable)
- Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment
- Previous experience of working in a HR team
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Strong IT and communication skills
