Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to join our team at Hoop Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process for various positions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Job Advertising and Application Management: Place job adverts on relevant platforms, process completed applications, and shortlist candidates.
- Recruitment Administration: Perform general recruitment administrative tasks, inform candidates of updates and outcomes.
- Onboarding Process Management: Support Right to Work checks, disclosure, and DBS checks.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with job board providers, team leaders, and external recruitment agencies.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Analytics and Reporting: Maintain application tracking system and provide recruitment analytics.
- HR Support: Provide advice and support to managers, employees, and other stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Understand principles of data protection and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- CIPD Qualification: CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Recruitment Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment.
- HR Experience: Previous experience of working in a HR team.
- HRIS and ATS Systems: Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
- IT and Communication Skills: Strong IT and communication skills.
