CTR Construction is seeking a skilled Freelance Site Agent to manage a high-end residential listed building extension project in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
Project OverviewThe project involves an 18-week extension of a high-end residential listed building with a value of £250k. As the Freelance Site Agent, you will be responsible for supervising sub-contractors on site and managing all health and safety measures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise sub-contractors on site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage all health and safety measures on site
- Report directly to the Contract Manager
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and direct operatives to ensure project completion
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid SMSTS certificate
- A Black/White CSCS card
- An NVQ Level 6 or above
- First Aid certification
- Experience working on listed buildings
- Ability to manage a team of direct operatives and sub-contractors
CTR Construction offers a competitive day rate of up to £290 per day.
