About the Opportunity:

This is a flexible, field-based role that involves managing Pre-Feasibility Study and non-PFS construction sites within a designated region. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications, and will be responsible for maintaining work schedules, tracking progress, and overseeing site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
  • Maintain work schedules and track progress, copying weekly records to project managers/office.
  • Oversee site operations, including supervising and managing site operatives, ensuring compliance with company safety, health, environment, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Work with ICP teams and EV charge teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure highest SHEQ standards are enforced and maintained.

About You:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with a solid understanding of construction works and onsite project management, particularly in civils. The ideal candidate will have a natural leadership style, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. A CSCS card holder and full UK driving license are essential.

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

  • Civils experience is a must.
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • Experience working in public high-traffic areas.
  • Understanding and interpretation of site drawings.
  • Natural leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving with the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously and to a conclusion.
