Service Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Service Designer to join our team at Zebra People. As a Service Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design process on 1-2 projects across the Customer Transformation Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improving digital services for disabled people to enhance their user experience.
- Designing and implementing solutions to improve initial access for people to get the right help at the right time.
- Developing strategies to support children with additional needs and disabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer in the public sector or central government.
- Ability to work in a complex environment and lead a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
About the Role:
This is a 6-month contract opportunity within local government, requiring you to work in our Surrey-based office twice a week. You will be paid £ per day, INSIDE IR35.
