Service Designer

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design process on 1-2 projects across the Customer Transformation Programme.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design opportunities.
- Develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
