Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Safety Manager to join our team at Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality performance across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and implement methods to reduce internal and external rejects
  • Monitor and analyze existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
  • Provide monthly quality figures and recommendations to the management team
  • Maintain cost of quality figures for display on notice boards
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and relevant health and safety legislation
  • Act as the main point of contact for quality and health and safety related issues with customers and suppliers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 4 years of experience in a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management role in an engineering or manufacturing environment. You will also need to be a skilled communicator and able to work at all levels to ensure adherence to company and industry regulations.

Demonstrable experience in a high-volume plastic injection moulding, plastic processing, or plastic packaging environment is highly advantageous.
