Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our client's support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial planning team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- General day-to-day administration of life, investment, and pensions, including submission of new online applications and processing of paper-based applications.
- Maintain and update trackers and spreadsheets as required by the Client Services Manager.
- Run comprehensive IO activities for each piece of business, including new business, top-ups, and policy variations.
- Assist the Review Team with the preparation of Annual Reviews and Portfolio Reviews.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, accountants, life offices, lenders, and platform providers to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle administration enquiries and queries as directed by the Client Services Manager.
- Prepare platform withdrawals, fund switches, and transactions for approval.
- Produce ad-hoc and standard letters in response to customer and provider queries.
- Obtain life, investment, and pension quotations using research tools.
Requirements
