Job Overview

Drive Digital Transformation and Enhance Customer Experience

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Implementation Service Lead to manage the deployment and integration of our Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across our services. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, with a hybrid working arrangement and regular travel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for Operational teams, Implementation Managers, and Service Managers to ensure a seamless implementation process.
  • Data Management: Manage and prepare data for successful implementations.
  • Training & Support: Train and coach staff on new processes and systems.
  • Project Management: Work according to implementation and project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with IT and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly implementation meetings, identify training needs, and address local challenges.
  • Travel & Adaptability: Travel across the UK with some overnight stays and adapt to various demands.
Requirements
  • Essential: Full UK Driving Licence, experience working with multiple stakeholders, proficient in MS Office applications, self-directed with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, flexible with travel and working hours.
  • Desirable: Agile Project Management Foundation Certification, relevant degree or equivalent work experience, knowledge of the social care sector and project management best practices, experience in large-scale digital project implementation.
