We are looking for an Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team at Ebeni. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with financial tasks, such as closing monthly accounts, processing purchase invoices and expenses, and managing accounts payable functions. You will also help with credit control procedures and provide support for invoicing purposes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in financial administration, working closely with our experienced team to maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the finance team with financial tasks, including closing monthly accounts and processing purchase invoices and expenses
  2. Managing accounts payable functions and assisting with credit control procedures
  3. Providing support for invoicing purposes
  4. Maintaining strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, and strong communication skills. Experience with Sage 200 and membership in a professional bookkeeping body are beneficial but not essential.
