The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join its team. This role will provide administrative support to the INCS Leadership Team, ensuring efficient operation of our services, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Management: Assist with the day-to-day operational management of the INCS administration team, ensuring the efficient channelling of communication between medical staff, GPs, patients, relatives, members of the public, and other disciplines within the Trust.
  2. Schedule Management: Manage the schedules of the INCS Leadership Team, ensuring the efficient use of time, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
  3. Document Control: Accurately produce and distribute documentation as required, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be flexible in approach, able to exercise initiative, and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • ECDL or equivalent experience.
  • RSA 3 or equivalent typing qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 (business and administration).

The salary for this role is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum/pro rata, depending on experience. The Transformation Unit offers a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
