We are seeking a graduate with a Psychology-related degree to join our dedicated inclusion team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs, developing personalized learning plans, and providing emotional support.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced inclusion team and SENCO to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (approximately £2,077 - £2,615 per week), during term time. Our benefits package includes termly visits from a Head Psychologist, access to innovative teaching resources, and opportunities for professional development.
